Why Most People Don’t Change (and How to Become the Exception)
source @newhappyco
We live in a time where knowing isn’t enough.
🧠 When you learn just a few bits of information, the number of neural connections in your brain can double, from 1,300 to 2,600.
👉 But if you don’t revisit that information, within hours or days those circuits weaken and fade.
✅ When you contemplate,
✅ take action on what you’ve learned,
✅ and re-experience the emotions you want more of,
🔁 you recondition your body and mind to become the experience.✨
🧠 Your brain doesn’t know the difference between past, present, and future. It only understands NOW.
The more you live in those feelings in the now, the more you turn them into your reality.
If you’ve done it once, you can do it again.
Most people don’t practise because they don’t truly believe they can change!
But imagine being so well incubated, that remembering becomes easier than forgetting. 💡
This is what my clients experience during our weekly sessions. Not just conceptual insights, but an embodied experience.
One client told me today, “I’ve unlocked another level of being myself! More of life is becoming available to me.” 🥹🪐
Her fear has been replaced by curiosity. She’s sourcing courage and safety from within to face anything that she was previously afraid of.
She’s truly becoming the one she’s been waiting for!
This isn’t just a concept.
It’s a whole new way of walking into the world and shaping her destiny.
💛 If you’d like your day-to-day life to mirror the expansiveness of your breakthroughs, send me a message. Let’s talk about integration that deepens the journey.
Because “the clock is ticking, and the world is spinning, and we simply do not have time anymore to think so small.”
