Join The New Normal! 💥

I was recently asked on a podcast, "What’s a current edge or evolution you’re sitting in—personally or professionally”

I've been going all in with my mission, business and calling, 100% for a year, 80% for 3 years. 

In the beginning, it was exciting. I had unwavering belief and unlimited energy to put in 12, sometimes 16 hour days. 

Now, I've crossed the point of no return, led myself (and still do, on a weekly basis) from breakdown to breakthrough on repeat.

My belief has been questioned more times than I can count.

There were so many nights I’ve woken up at 4 am anxious, but I've entrapped myself in my mission (and my authenticity) enough to choose to stay every time. Quitting is not an option. 

It's quite an interesting stage that I'm in.

Resistance is very familiar.

But what's also becoming more and more familiar is my staying power.

It feels like I’ve graduated into a more mature version of myself, and of my purpose.

The season where you don’t just have the guts to follow your path (something I coach others on all the time)… You stay on it because there is no plan B.

Why This Works When Everything Else Hasn’T

Most retreats, courses, and ceremonies change your state, but they don’t change your identity. or the trajectory of your life long-term.

The reason is this:

People confuse pattern interrupts with lasting transformation.

A pattern interrupt is a wake-up call:

That’s where most people get confused, as they go home with no roadmap of what to do next, feel isolated, wing it, change nothing in their ordinary lives, and start believing the shift was temporary.

What’s missing? A holistic and long-term integration system. 

Integration is the part no retreat teaches.
It’s the aftercare.
It’s the practice.
It’s the rhythm.
It’s the repetition.
It’s the “living it,” not just “realising it.”

Integration is the bridge between your breakthrough and a new reality.

It’s taking the lessons off the mat and into the real world.

It’s the consistent practices, reminders, and conversations that lock in your “aha” moments into your nervous system week after week.

Without integration, those fresh neural pathways fade within days!
