How to Break the Thought-Feeling-Action Loop Keeping You Stuck

Ever wondered how to escape the loop of thinking the same thoughts, feeling the same emotions, and creating the same results?

Last week, I attended Joe Dispenza’s advanced retreat.
Out of 70 pages of notes (yup, 70! 🤯), one sentence shook me awake:

“Now is the new later!”

How many dreams, habits, and decisions have you snoozed to later?

How many times have you asked for more time?
More clarity?
More proof?
Only to realize that all you really need is to take action now?

As Tony Robbins says, “action is the cure-all".

Every time you say you’re going to do something “later”, you’re reinforcing the program of the past.

You think you're not going to change only because you're choosing NOT to act differently in every single moment.
And you're unknowingly allowing your thoughts and emotions to recreate the past in the present.

Here’s a powerful formula to break the cycle:

➡️ Every thought creates a choice
➡️ Every choice leads to an action or behavior
➡️ Every action or behavior creates an experience
➡️ Every experience generates an emotion
➡️ That emotion fuels your next thought

And the loop continues.

*️⃣ Even not acting is a choice. A choice not to change. A choice to stay in the familiar.

If you want different results, it starts with interrupting the pattern in the moment.

This is the work.

The daily practice of, as Dr. Joe teaches:
“Becoming more conscious than the unconscious programs in our brains.”

👉 I created a free 1-page visual of this formula based on the retreat, if you want to print it or keep it close, download it for free here.
