Four integration practices you've never tried after a 🍄 retreat (that are way more powerful than journalling)
Writing this a week out of a potent breathwork retreat and the question I get asked the most, did cross my mind, "How do I make it last?"
My answer always is, as long as you practice it for.

So, whether you've returned from a psychedelic, meditation, breathwork or any personal development immersion, the integration remains the same. Here are 4 practices that prevent the experience from fading into memory.

1️⃣ Bring the vision into life with AI
If you’re a visual type and the journey gave you an image you want to keep alive, something tangible and vivid that re-evokes the feelings you want to keep tapping back into, you can bring that image into life using AI.
2️⃣ Process challenging emotion with breathwork.
Circular, continuous breath + re-invite the emotion you want to release, back into the body and do not stop breathing.
When a challenging thought or emotion arises, our default response is to contract and stop breathing. Don’t. Keep feeling and breathing at the same time.
3️⃣ Get in the energy, then take action.
Never leave a moment of decision once you’re IN the energy, knowing what feels right ➡️ without taking an action that traps you into doing it.
Action ensures you stay in forward movement.
And forward movement ensures you stay in momentum.
Book the thing. Make the phone call. Make 1% progress on the project. The 🧠 cements insight through action, not reflection.
